Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Digital Footprint Health (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a privacy-protection tool that helps you analyze and clean up the personal data you have left on X (formerly Twitter). The X archive you upload is parsed entirely in your own browser, on your own device; we never upload it to any server.

3. Paid Deletion

Deleting tweets is a paid feature, with payments processed through Waffo. Deletion runs through X’s official write API only after you explicitly confirm and pay for it. Fees are generally non-refundable once paid, because deletion requests are submitted to X immediately.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own X account and for your use of the Service.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or platform-violating activity.
  • You confirm that you have the right to process your own X data and that you understand deletion is irreversible.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Changes, rate limits, or policy updates to X’s platform may affect how deletion performs; we are not liable for failures caused by such external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service’s interface, copy, code, and related content belong to the operator and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email (if you have registered). Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
