FAQ
Is my archive safe? Will it be uploaded to a server?
No. Your X archive is parsed entirely in your browser locally — it is never uploaded to any server. The deletion operation only touches X's official API after you explicitly confirm and pay.
What is the health report for?
The report performs a six-dimension risk assessment on your tweets (PII, sensitive content, location, stale content, account footprint, media attachments), produces a 0–100 health score, and lists all high-risk tweets so you can understand your privacy footprint on X.
How is tweet deletion billed?
By tweet count, in three tiers: Small (≤1,000 tweets), Medium (1,001–10,000 tweets), Large (>10,000 tweets). Pro members get 2,000 deletions per month.
Can deleted tweets be recovered?
No. Once a tweet is deleted via X's official API, it cannot be restored. We strongly recommend using the dry-run mode (free) first to validate the flow.
What is dry-run mode?
Dry-run simulates the full deletion flow — calculating fees, showing progress, displaying results — without actually calling X's API or charging anything. Highly recommended for first-time users.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refund if deletion has not started. If the job is in progress, a prorated refund is issued based on the deleted count (already-deleted tweets are non-refundable).
What payment methods are supported?
Currently Waffo online payment (credit/debit cards). PayPal support is being added.
